The vehicle is of significant size and is completely surrounded by the superstructure of the bridge and concrete, making it challenging to access.
Butler emphasized the need for a careful and meticulous approach to reach the submerged vehicle. He mentioned that the recovery process will require time and precision before divers can safely retrieve the vehicle.
