A man who had his application for a rental property cancelled upon asking for a “landlord reference” has had the saga come back to haunt him after losing out on another flat.
Tom Cashman, a comedian from Sydney, Australia, has provided another update in what he describes as the “ landlord reference saga” after having a flat application approved and then cancelled.
The bizarre sequence of events is seemingly the result of his prospective landlord finding out about the clash he had earlier this year, with another rental property owner.
