Land belonging to Falkirk Council is to be sold to the owners of Braes Golf Centre in Maddiston to create more parking, if councillors give their approval tomorrow (Tuesday).
Members of Falkirk Council's executive are being asked to approve the disposal of two areas of land next to the golf centre, which are "surplus to operational requirements".
In total, 2,871 sq m of land sale of land will be sold to the golf centre for £21,000 on condition that the land will only be used for parking or landscaping.
