Police are appealing for information after a traffic management worker was assaulted on the A71 at Garrion Bridge in Larkhall.
The incident happened at around 9.15am on Monday, February 13. The male suspect responsible for the attack was driving a small blue van.
Detectives are calling for anyone who witnessed the incident or has dash-cam footage to immediately get in touch.

They are particularly keen to hear from a female, who was driving a black coloured Audi motor vehicle, who stopped and offered the victim assistance.
