A housing association tenant plagued with flooding issues for more than 10 years will now have to be decanted from her property.
Linda Brown, 59, suffers from degenerative osteoarthritis in her hips, knees and feet and has been beset with problems since she first moved into the West of Scotland Housing Association property in East Kilbride.
The latest fault just last month saw damage to a valve by a contractor sent on behalf of the association leave puddles of water underneath a toilet cistern.
And the bathroom floor has also bowed due to water damage - meaning Linda will have to be move out for repair work.
But Linda told Lanarkshire Live problems started almost immediately after she moved in and the action now by the housing association is too little, too late.
She said: "I moved in nearly 11 years ago and had already been through a lot personally; this house was my fresh start.

"But just a few months after moving in my son took a bath and because there was no overflow pipe fitted when the bath emptied I had water pouring through light fittings, down doors, out of cupboards you name it - it was like Niagara falls.
"When I called the housing association I was told it wasn't an emergency. That was the start of it and it's been a nightmare ever since. I have been flooded at least four times.
"There have been numerous problems - I have had leaks under the kitchen sink due to it not being sealed properly."
Linda added: "Last Christmas water was pouring into the house and my living room carpet, right out to the hall, and the bottom of the doors were absolutely sodden. The carpets were ruined and the place was a total mess.
"And just top it off, my son recently went in to the bathroom and said "do you know there is a hole your bathroom floor mum" and sure enough when the flooring was lifted you could see it had bowed.
"It's been absolute hell, affected both my physical and mental health and only now, after years of battling with the housing association are they holding their hands up. Any issues should have been fixed once and for all long before this.
"I am going to have to be decanted with my pets - it's shocking the way I have been treated. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole place is riddled with damp rot the amount of times I've had floods."
Andrew Kubski, director of development and asset management at west of Scotland Housing Association said: “We are sorry that Ms Brown does not feel we have provided the high level of customer service that we strive to provide.
"We have been in communication with the Ms Brown about the repair work we will need to undertake to resolve the issue with her bathroom floor.
"Due to the nature of the water damage, we will need to temporarily move Ms Brown and we will provide support with this. We are aware of previous of issues with leaks in the home and have taken action at the time to fix those.
"However, whilst the work is taking place for this current repair we have asked our contractor to fully investigate if there if there is an underlying issue and will keep Ms Brown updated throughout the process.”
