A drama set against the backdrop of the Bible John murders is coming to East Kilbride Village Theatre.
Through drama and music, Arts Enigma Productions get into the mindset of the men and women who took to the famous Barrowland Ballroom dancefloor, knowing full well a serial killer was lurking in the shadows.
Known as 'dance city' Glasgow dancehalls were rife with rhythm and rumour. A city terrorised, but was not enough to deter people from having a night out, to escape grim reality of tenement life.
Through its soundtrack to the 1960s the power of music, via Cilla Black, Tom Jones, Dusty Springfield, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and countless more songs, featured in this new drama, perhaps music can jolt the memory.
The show runs at The Village Theatre in East Kilbride on April 15. Curtain up 7.30pm.
