An Asda worker has been commended after coming to the aid of a confused elderly customer.
Ann Binks, who works at Asda Coatbridge, had finished her shift and was ready to head home when she noticed an elderly customer who seemed confused and nervous, and was struggling to find a way home.
Ann, who has been nicknamed 'Super Ann' by colleagues, decided to go above and beyond to help the customer and take her home to make sure she was safe.
