The National Football League (NFL) concluded its 2023 regular season with a memorable night that featured the NFL Honors award show held for the first time ever in Las Vegas. The event celebrated outstanding players and notable contributions both on and off the field.
One of the highlights of the evening was the announcement of the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award, which was bestowed upon Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. This marked Jackson's second MVP win, as he had previously received the prestigious award in 2019. Although Jackson undoubtedly would have preferred to be competing in the Super Bowl, his exceptional performance and leadership led the Ravens to secure the top seed in the AFC.
