Labour peer breaks ranks to oppose 'mockery' of terror ban for Palestine Action

A LABOUR peer and former shadow attorney general has called for the UK Government to reverse its ban on Palestine Action.

In July 2025, Labour moved to proscribe the direct action group as a terrorist organisation, which made expressing support for Palestine Action an offence punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
