The Labour leader is set to slam the new Prime Minister for not understanding the misery for normal families during the cost of living crisis. Keir Starmer will attack Rishi Sunak for being out of touch when they clash for the first time at PMQs.
The Labour leader will accuse the Prime Minister of not getting how difficult it is for households facing the threat of losing hundreds of pounds in benefits. He will also highlight those who have seen their mortgage payments rocket because of the Tories’ botched handling of the economy.
At a Shadow Cabinet meeting on Tuesday (October 25), Mr Starmer warned his frontbench team the government will get "a significant poll bounce" now Liz Truss has been replaced, reports MirrorOnline.
