Labour 'in panic mode' after historic Celtic Alliance agreement, SNP say

LABOUR are in "panic mode" following Monday's historic meeting of the Celtic Alliance leaders, the SNP have said.

Scottish First Minister John Swinney, Welsh first minister Rhun ap Iorwerth and Northern Ireland first minister Michelle O'Neill held a landmark press conference in Cardiff on Monday morning to sign a memorandum of understanding as they declared “Westminster’s time is coming to an end”.
