The 41-year-old took to Instagram to share a video of the adorable note her 16-year-old son, Kiyan, gave her for the holiday. The heartwarming message read, 'Mom, you have been my valentine for 16 years now...Thank you for everything you do. Words can't express how thankful I am to have you in my life. LOVE YOU MOM.
