Kyril Louis-Dreyfus to face Sunderland fans after Madrox reveal asking price

Kyril Louis-Dreyfus is set to meet with supporters groups amid ongoing concerns about the current ownership group. The French billionaire will meet with the Red and White Army (RAWA), the Sunderland Branch Liaison Council, the Sunderland Supporters Liaison Group and the Senior Supporters group later today.

Fans understandably are on the lookout for answers, after the 25-year-old revealed he only had a 41 per cent stake in the club. Sunderland supporters were under the illusion that the son of the former Marseille owner, had at least a 51 per cent stake at the Stadium of Light.

The Black Cats chief was unable to attend the most recent meeting with supporters as he was out of the country. Steve Davison, the club's CEO revealed that Louis-Dreyfus would be willing to buy Charlie Methven and Stewart Donald's shares in the club.

Yesterday morning, Donald revealed he had unfinished business with Eastleigh FC, the National League side he owned prior to buying Sunderland. The former Black Cats owner admitted that it was time to end the Sunderland chapter.

This question from supporters only resurfaced later in the day when Methven said his and Donald's shares would be up for sale for around £11.7 million. Something he claims is cheaper than around this time a year ago.

Louis-Dreyfus is likely to face the music tomorrow evening and the ball has been placed in his court. The Madrox group used the parachute payments from the Premier League as a loan to buy the club and supporters want to know when the loan will be paid back.
