Strictly Come Dancing's Kym Marsh slammed the claims she has an advantage and said her only dancing experience was 'faffing about' during her Hear'Say days.
Some people thought Kym had an advantage in the dancing competition thanks to the pop band she was part of two decades ago.
The star, 46, was one of the first stars to be announced for this year's line-up. And now, she has shut down claims she has a lot of dance experience.
"Well, not really," she said when told she was an experienced dancer.
"We're talking 20 years ago faffing about on stage in Hear'Say. It's a whole different thing, and even if that did count as experience in dance, this is ballroom.
"I've got all the posture and grace of a Quaver," she told new magazine.
In late 2000, the star auditioned for the ITV talent show Popstars.
Kym, along with Danny Foster, Myleene Klass, Suzanne Shaw and Noel Sullivan, were chosen to form Hear'Say.
Meanwhile, the celebrities are ready to take on new challenges, but Strictly's launch schedule is up in the air due to the Queen's death.
A number of series have been cancelled or rescheduled and there could be a "50/50" chance as to whether Strictly will air on September 17.
TV Zone's Twitter page said today: "For everybody asking: It's still 50/50 as to whether #Strictly will air next weekend. The question the BBC will be weighing up is whether it's appropriate to air it on the bank holiday weekend of the funeral and period of national mourning.

"Two most likely scenarios if the launch show does NOT air next weekend: a) Launch show airs on Sat 24th Sept. Live shows begin on Sat 1st Oct (series will be a week shorter than planned). b) Launch shows airs on Fri 23rd Sept. Live shows begin on Sat 24th Sept as planned."
With the Queen's funeral due to take place on September 19, many fans think Strictly's launch is looking unlikely for next weekend.
Kym previously revealed she always wanted to take part in Strictly but the timing never worked.
She said: "I've considered doing 'Strictly' for years but the timings had never worked out. I'm so delighted that this year, they have!
"I'm a huge fan of the show and can't believe I'm going to go from watching it in my pyjamas to actually dancing in front of the judges in a glittery dress, it's unreal!"
