Kym Marsh was left in tears as she reflected on her time on Strictly Come Dancing after her quarter-final exit. The former Coronation Street actress and professional dance partner Graziano Di Prima performed a Cha Cha inspired by Fame for Musicals Week last Friday night (Dec 2) but ultimately bowed out after facing the dance-off.
On her return to the ballroom after missing the previous week due to Covid, Kym ended the live show last on the leaderboard with a total score of 34 from the judges. She then faced the dance-off against Molly Rainford after it was revealed they were both in the bottom two following the public vote, with the judges opting to save the CBBC star and send Kym home.
Former Hear'Say singer Kym discussed her journey on the BBC dance competition on spin-off show Strictly: It Takes Two last night (Monday, December 5). The 46-year-old was joined by Graziano on the sofa as they chatted about the show and her elimination, reports Manchester Evening News.

The pair were emotional as they watched a highlights clip from their time on Strictly, as they were when they said their goodbyes on the results show. Kym had a tissue in hand and Graziano watched intently as they watched moments from their Strictly experience.
As Kym wiped away tears, her Italian dance partner confessed: "I've been waiting for a really good season on Strictly for four years. It sounds really crazy but I had the best time and it's because of her." He added: "If I think back, it has been the most amazing journey ever because I found a friend for life and just because of her."
While their time on the show together is over, it's not the end for their friendship. It Takes Two host Rylan Clark mentioned their genuine bond as Kym replied: "Absolutely, he's coming to stay with us tonight, we're going to have some family time." She added: "Honestly, I really have genuinely met a very unique person, you're a very special man and I will never ever forget what you've done for me on this journey."
