Kylie Jenner's beautiful red gown caught the attention of fashion fans around the globe as she dazzled on the Met Gala's red carpet in New York on Monday.
However, with rumours circulating about her blossoming relationship with actor Timothee Chalamet, many were left disappointed when she turned up with no man on her arm.
Instead she enjoyed an evening date with sisters Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.
But while her fans sulked about her no-show with the Dune star, it's thought that she did in fact give a sweet nod in his direction with her choice of outfit.
She opted for a luscious red look by Haider Ackermann for Jean Paul Gaultier. The stunning gown's dramatic train worked just as well as a contrast colour robe for the star.
Later in the evening she slipped into another Ackermann-designed garment which showed off her petite frame with a waist-clinching and off-the-shoulder design.
Kylie, 25, was recently named as the new face of the high-end fashion brand, but some think her choice of clothes were a nod to her budding relationship with Timothee.
That's because he has a long-running history with Ackermann and has also worn his designs to a number of big events previously.
This included his 2021 Met Gala attire which saw him rock a white satin Ackermann jacked that he paired with Rick Owens sweatpans and Converse trainers.
He is also known to be fond of a pair of Ackermann boots and has worn the same pair on a number of occasions.
Last month it was rumoured the pair were remaining "casual" in their relationship but were thoroughly enjoying "hanging out" with each other.
Kylie was spotted driving up to the 27-year-old's house in her luxurious vehicle, but a source said she's simply "having fun".
"It’s been really fun for her because it feels a lot different than her past relationships,” a source explained to Entertainment Tonight at the time. "It’s new and exciting for Kylie, and she’s having a lot of fun."
