The centerpiece of her outfit was a hot-pink halter minidress with a plunging neckline. Jenner paired it with white kitten heels featuring feathery accents and completed the playful look with a pink feather boa and fuzzy birthday crown.
The outfit incorporated several Y2K-inspired details, including its halter silhouette, vivid monochromatic palette and feathered accessories. No designer has been publicly identified for the dress.
