Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has suggested that a deal for Kylian Mbappe could be close in the wake of their LaLiga title celebrations
Los Blancos are again Spain's top side and have long been linked with a move for the French World Cup winner. Mbappe was on Madrid's radar when he shot to fame at Monaco, but he chose to move to PSG in the summer of 2017. He's spent the last five years in Paris but his contract expires this summer.
Currently he is free to leave for nothing, although the Parisians are determined to keep hold of their prized asset. Madrid saw bids knocked back last summer and are poised to return as they look to tempt the forward to the Bernabeu. The Perez-led Galactico project has long seen the club target the world's top players.
