Kylian Mbappe's relationship with his Paris Saint-Germain teammates is reportedly deteriorating amid rumours he wants to leave the Ligue 1 champions in January.
It's believed the France international, 23, is keen to complete a transfer at the earliest opportunity after becoming unhappy at PSG. The club's football advisor Luis Campos and manager Christophe Galtier attempted to quash the speculation on Tuesday.
Mbappe's entourage have reportedly said the relationship between the player and PSG is damaged beyond repair. Campos is thought to have sat down with the World Cup winner on Wednesday to discuss his future - but his desire to leave the French capital is final.
According to French newspaper L'Equipe, several PSG players are unhappy that Mbappe's influence at the club has grown since his contract renewal. It's claimed the Frenchman was in favour of fellow superstar Neymar completing a summer transfer.
That didn't happen, of course, and Neymar is enjoying a fine season. The Brazil international has scored 11 goals and provided nine assists. Neymar's close friend Lionel Messi is also enjoying a good campaign, scoring eight goals and providing eight assists for PSG.
It's believed Neymar's and Messi's influence in the dressing room has grown due to their form, earning support from PSG captain Marquinhos and other Spanish-speaking players. Mbappe is playing just as well as Neymar and Messi, scoring 12 goals this season.

Most PSG players were reportedly happy to see Mbappe sign a new contract, as he was set to leave the club on a free transfer in the summer. Real Madrid were close to luring the prolific forward to the Bernabeu before he put pen to paper on a fresh deal.
Yet the dressing room at PSG is now said to be confused by Mbappe's desire to leave the Parc des Princes. A source has told L'Equipe the forward is often seen smiling and joking one day, but not saying a word the next.
Mbappe is said to have the support of PSG's upper management and Galtier, but not players Achraf Hakimi, Hugo Ekitike, Nordi Mukiele and Presnel Kimpembe. Mbappe is yet to respond to the speculation.
As quoted by GOAL, Campos told Canal+ before PSG's 1-1 draw against Benfica on Tuesday evening: "I am here to clearly deny, he did not speak to me or to my president about leaving in January. This question never came up and we never talked about it.
"There are rumours every day, and we can't talk about them every day. But this one, it is serious. Because my name is there. An impact on the locker room? No, they are experienced players. It's not real news anyway, and it's not going to disrupt the group."
As quoted by Get French Football News, Galtier told RMC Sport after the match: "A lot was said about him this afternoon. I haven’t spoken about it with him, the objective is to remain concentrated on the match. He gave a lot tonight, he showed he was a great player, that he was concentrated on the match and the competition."
