Larne coach Gary Haveron believes Kyle Lafferty will 'give a few boys some headaches' in the Irish League.
Lafferty was a surprise signing by champions Linfield on Wednesday, the 35-year-old striker penning a deal for the remainder of the season.
Time will tell if the unpredictable Lafferty can be a hit at Windsor Park, with many observers believing it will be a boom or bust scenario for Blues boss David Healy.

Former player Haveron believes the Northern Ireland striker's arrival is "exciting" for the Irish Premiership.
And if Niall McGinn's example is anything to go by at Glentoran, then Linfield could have made a shrewd signing.
"They are high-profile players with bags of experience in international football. They will bring a lot to the league," Haveron told Belfast Live.
"This league is expanding and growing all the time. Players would have previously turned their noses up at the Irish League, but with the full-time football now on offer it is an attractive proposition.
"And players are looking to give something back to local football. Niall McGinn has been fantastic since joining Glentoran, and he has hit the ground running.
"And I am sure Kyle will want to do the same. There will be a few boys having headaches playing against Kyle. He is big, brave and robust and he will suit the way Irish League football is.
"I have no doubt he will do well for the Blues, and it is another challenge for the teams playing against him.
"He has pedigree, and he has proved his qualities at clubs he has been at previously, and I am sure he will bring that to the frontline.
"David Healy knows Kyle well and knows what he is getting, and that could get the best out of Kyle. Time will tell."
