Women in Kuwait have protested outside parliament in protest to denounced the government’s ban on a female yoga retreat that was labelled as indecent and immoral by hardline conservatives.
Kuwait’s ministry of interior banned the planned women-only yoga retreat in the desert because the organisers had failed to obtain the necessary permits, according to local media.
