Kurt Zouma is set to face prosecution under the Animal Welfare Act for attacking his cat, the RSPCA have confirmed.
The Hammers defender was filmed kicking and slapping his pet Bengal in a video posted on social media last month and was fined £250,000 - two week’s wages - by the club, who condemned his actions but allowed the former Chelsea man to continue playing.
