The Kardashians have put their their past grievances with Tristan Thompson to one side as they rushed to support the basketball star following the sudden death of his mother
Khloe Kardashian, 38, jumped on a private jet to be by Tristan's side while Kris Jenner said she was 'heartbroken' in an adoring social media to the Thompson family after the sad news broke.
Andrea Thompson died on Thursday after suffering a heart attack at home, according to reports in the US.
TV matriarch Kris, who is grandmother to two of Tristan and Khloe's children, described Andrea Thompson as 'the most amazing, dedicated, devoted, and selfless mom.'
NBA star Tristan and Khloe share two children together, but officially ended their on-off relationship in January 2022 when it was revealed that he had fathered a child with another woman behind Khloe's back.
Despite her past heartache, Khloe was seen arriving in Toronto to be with Tristan.
Staying behind in Calabasas, Kris Jenner, 67, still made her feelings known as she posted to social media.
“I am so heartbroken by the sudden passing of Tristan’s mom, Andrea,” wrote the mum, sharing pictures of them together with Khloe and Tristan.
“My thoughts, prayers and all of my love are with Tristan, Amari, Dishawn and Daniel.
“You were the most amazing, dedicated, devoted, and selfless mom and such a loving, kind, and fabulous grandmother. What a blessing you were to your family!!!”
She added: “I will miss you Andrea. I will miss your bright spirit and amazing light.
“Thank you for always praying for us and lifting us up and encouraging us along the way. Rest in peace beautiful angel.”
Khloe shares four-year-old daughter True with Tristan and a baby boy, who arrived via surrogate in August.
The Good American Founder split with Tristan last year after discovering he was expecting a baby with another woman after they had already gone through an embryo transfer to have their second child.
Tristan was accused of sleeping with another woman on the same night Khloe had thrown a lavish birthday party for him.
He was said to have found about his secret third child and kept the news from Khloe, who was left to find out online - in explosive scenes aired on reality show The Kardashians.
Khloe's sister Kylie fumed: "I'm just really disappointed in Tristan. I think it's really f**ked up that he knew he had another baby on the way with somebody else."
In a later episode, Khloe explained the heartbreaking reason why she refused to hold a grudge against Tristan.
"It's probably, maybe, practice." The Good American mogul said, "I think a lot of people maybe forget that I've been through a lot of BS."
Khloe has a history of supporting her troubled exes.
In 2016 she wasted no time in flying to Lamar Odom's bedside following his brothel collapse.
The basketball star, who was married to the reality star, was rushed to hospital in Las Vegas after being found unconscious following a near-fatal overdose at a brothel where he had been staying.
Khloe supported him throughout his recovery with many fans believing the pair could reconcile.
However, Khloe moved on from the sportsman, who later went on to publicly admit he cheated on her multiple times throughout their marriage.
