Does KRCS have free delivery?
You can expect your order from KRCS to be delivered the next working day after its been dispatched. Most orders will automatically qualify for free delivery, however larger items can be subject to a £50 delivery fee.
How long does it take for my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same working day. All orders made after this time or on a weekend and Bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Does KRCS accept returns?
Absolutely, you’ll have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return, once requested you’ll have an additional 14 days to return your item to KRCS. In order to return an item its important that the tape/cellophane seals on the packaging are unbroken.
How long do refunds take?
The process can take up to 21 days as KRCS have to check the condition of the item. However, the process is usually much quicker than this.
Does KRCS offer a warranty?
KRCS offer a 2-year warranty on all new Mac, iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch purchases. If your item develops a fault within this warranty period, then as long as the item use and warranty conditions have been adhered to then KRCS will repair the item free of charge or replace it with an item of the same specification.

Student Discount: KRCS offer students the chance to enjoy 10% off their Mac purchases to get them ready for term time. To enjoy this discount you’ll need to create a Student sign-in and provide a copy of your NUS card, equivalent ID card from your uni or college or your acceptance letter.
NHS Discount: KRCS offer NHS staff the opportunity to save 10% on their Mac purchases. To access this discount you’ll need to sign-up and verify your employment status.
Follow Them on Social Media: Following KRCS on any of their official social media channels is a great way to stay in the know on the latest deals available on their Apple products. You can find links to their social media pages at the bottom of their website.
Black Friday: KRCS hosts a Black Friday event every year where you can grab some great savings on their selection of Apple products. So, make sure to check back in November to see if there's a saving for you.

What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work

For example, you may not meet a required minimum spend (i.e. spend £20 or more); you may not have enough times in your basket (e.g. you have only selected 2 products when trying to redeem a 3 for 2 multibuy offer), or your chosen offer may only apply to a certain type of product (i.e. 10% off laptops).
