KPop Demon Hunters is showing no signs at all of slowing down, nabbing itself an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, and Netflix is reportedly planning to keep the train rolling with a potential live Huntrix world tour.
Huntrix is of course the fictional band from KPop Demon Hunters who hunt down and defeat demonic threats while also rocking everyone's world with endlessly entertaining tunes. Now, fans may get the chance of a lifetime to see Huntrix live on stage, via a report from Bloomberg.
Netflix hasn't confirmed anything just yet, but given how extremely popular KPop Demon Hunters and Huntrix are across the world, it seems like a sincere possibility.
According to reports of info provided by an unnamed source, Netflix would be looking to send Huntrix to major cities across the world in arenas that seat 10-20,000 people. Again, none of this is official yet, so take it with a grain of salt. But with an impending sequel bolstered by an Oscar win and a sensational box office performance during limited theatrical releases of KPop Demon Hunters, including a sing-a-long edition of the film, it's not at all far-fetched that Netflix and Sony would be looking to keep the Huntrix sensation fresh in the minds of fans.
There's no word yet on when KPop Demon Hunters 2 might make its way to Netflix. You can stream the original KPop Demon Hunters on Netflix now. For more, check out our guide to the best Netflix movies to fill out your watchlist, as well as everything new on Netflix.
