Kourtney Kardashian made a comment about her "IVF body" in an unedited bikini snap after undergoing months of fertility treatment.
The 44-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Thursday to wish her friend Natalie a happy birthday and she shared several pictures of them together.
In one unfiltered picture, Kourtney was seen relaxing in the sunshine with her pals while wearing a tiny black bikini.
The Poosh founder pulled her hair back into a bun and donned a pair of stylish sunglasses as she soaked up the sun and proudly flaunted her figure.
Over the top of her belly, Kourtney wrote: "A little IVF body."
While it's unclear when the picture was actually taken, Kourtney has been open about her heartbreaking fertility struggles amid her dream of having a baby with husband Travis Barker.
In March, Kourtney shut down claims she was pregnant and said she was still experiencing the adverse affects of IVF.
After one fan commented on an Instagram post to ask if she was pregnant, the mother-of-three wrote: "The after affects of IVF.
"(I only acknowledge this comment bc I think it's important to know how IVF affects women's bodies and it's not spoken about much) ... also are we still asking women if they're pregnant?"
Back in January, the Kardashians star told fans it had been "almost a year" since she had undergone her last IVF treatment session.
She admitted she stopped undergoing the treatments due to the side effects she had experienced including being physically exhausted.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: "Finally started getting my energy back 10 months after stopping IVF. For anyone else going through it, it gets better!"
Speaking to her mother Kris Jenner, Kourtney admitted she hadn't had the best experience with IVF.
"My doctor took us down this road of doing IVF. Like, it hasn’t been the most amazing experience.
"Every single person on social media is always like 'Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney's pregnant, Kourtney's gained so much weight'.
"It's so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they're actually going through."
