Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited announced on Thursday that Siddarth Gandotra has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with effective from closing hours of August 31, 2026. The Board has approved the appointment of Hiren Vora with effect from September 1, 2026.
Hiren Vora is a qualified Chartered Accountant, the non-banking financial company (NBFC) subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank said in an exchange filing. Vora currently serves as the Head of Treasury for the unit and has been a part of the Kotak group for around 18 years.
