Kosovo's interior minister said on Saturday it has arrested a Russian journalist at the border on suspicion that she could be a spy, and security authorities were searching "for her intentions."The country's interior minister Xhelal Svecla named the journalist as Daria Aslamova."Many countries have proven that she was engaged in espionage for Russian military intelligence and that she pretended to be a journalist," Svecla said in press statement.Reuters could not verify Svecla's accusations.
Aslamova, who works for Russia's tabloid newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda, was quoted by her outlet as saying that she had been released and was now in the Serbian town of Raska.
Aslamova and Komsomolskaya Pravda did not address Kosovo's accusations against her.
