Kolo Toure says his Wigan Athletic side now have an opportunity to get some points on the board ahead of their game against Sunderland. The Latics will now have back-to-back games as the former Arsenal and Manchester City looks for his first three points as head coach.
Toure picked up a point in his first game as manager in a 1-1 draw with Wigan Athletic but suffered defeat against Championship high fliers Sheffield United and most recently, a 4-1 defeat to Middlesbrough.
Sunderland on the other hand, are a point outside of the play-offs and have picked up ten points from a possible 15 available to them. Toure however, is not resting on his laurels and will look to use the game against the Black Cats as a platform to build upon.

"We have to analyse quickly now," he said. "There are some things we can take, but also some things to correct, but we have a big opportunity with two home games at home to make sure we get points.
"We have to think about the next game moving forward, and we have to give everything."
