KOLKATA: The rain Gods gave in before the grit of cricket buffs on Tuesday as the fans thronged Eden Gardens, ignoring a squall and rain forecast since Tuesday morning. The fans even braved a smart afternoon shower before the skies got clear, setting up a perfect weather for a perfect match.
But, on Wednesday (when Royal Challengers Bangalore is facing Lucknow Super Giants) there are chances of thundershower, that will depend on cloud formation over Jharkhand, said weathermen.
