Kogan.com CEO admits response 'was wrong'

Kogan.com's founder and chief executive has admitted that the retailer made a big mistake in responding to booming e-commerce sales during the pandemic lockdowns.

Ruslan Kogan on Tuesday told analysts that for more than 10 years, online shopping had been growing in Australia at a consistent and stable rate, allowing Kogan.com to plan for growth in a "measured and precise way".
