Knowledge Realty Trust to invest Rs 700 cr to build 1.4 mn sq ft office space in Bengaluru

New Delhi: Realty firm Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT) will invest Rs 700 crore over the next three years to develop 1.4 lakh sq ft of office space in Bengaluru as part of its expansion plan, a top company official said.

KRT is a real estate investment trust (REIT), sponsored by realtor Sattva Group and investment firm Blackstone.
