Kirkcudbright to host family-friendly Barhill Woodland Festival

Kirkcudbright Galloway Glens

You’ll find plenty going on if you go down to the woods this weekend.

The Barhill Woodland Festival on the outskirts of Kirkcudbright will be offering a range of free and family-friendly activities, including Viking crafts, tours and beastie hunts.

The festival is being led by Kirkcudbright Development Trust and Kirkcudbright Summer Festivities, with support from the Galloway Glens, and aims to build on the success of last year’s event.
