Kirkcudbright shoppers are being encouraged to take advantage of some bargain deals and support their high street in the process.
More than 20 shops and businesses across the town are taking part in the fortnight long Totally Local Fiver Fest, which kicks off on Saturday.
They’ll be offering special £5 deals – covering everything from eyebrow waxings to a cake and a cuppa – to customers as part of a national campaign to encourage shoppers to support their local, independent retailers.
