The Limes in Kirkcudbright will be open to visitors on Sunday as part of the Scotland’s Gardens Scheme.
It is a renown one-and-a-quarter acre plantsman’s garden with a variety of different plant habitats.
Visitors can expect to see a large number of unusual and exciting plants in flower at this time of year and it is soon to feature in BBC Scotland’s Beechgrove Garden.
