King Charles said four simple words to Harry and Meghan when telling them they had been evicted from their UK residence in Windsor, it has been reported.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been told that Frogmore Cottage is now "needed for someone else," and that someone is believed to be Prince Andrew.
The couple are thought to be in the process of asking for their belongings to be sent over to their home in California, and the news is said to have left them "stunned", writes The Mirror.
Journalist Omid Scobie, one of the authors behind the biography of Harry and Meghan, Finding Freedom, says: "It's news, sources tell me, that has left Harry and Meghan stunned, and at least two members of the Royal Family 'appalled'."
"It all feels very final and like a cruel punishment," a friend of the couple told Scobie . "It's like [the family] want to cut them out of the picture for good."
The couple's frosty relationship with other members of the Royal Family is thought to have been a key factor for the reason they have been removed from the estate.
This all comes after Harry released his memoir in January, which heavily criticised his stepmother, Camila.
Meghan and Harry also starred in their controversial Netflix documentary last year.
