An Asda worker was praised for showing immense kindness for helping a young boy who lost a tooth in the supermarket. Alfie Summers, 6, was left “in a panic” after losing one of his front milk teeth while out shopping with his parents near Leicester.
Mum Nicole recalled: "It was quite late in the evening and as we were in one of the aisles Alfie just announced that one of his teeth had fallen out and he had it in his hand." She was worried the Tooth Fairy myth would be dispelled, with the magic being lost for Alfie at just 6-years-old, as Leicestershire Live reports.
However, help was soon at hand courtesy of David Grundy, a member of staff at the supermarket. With neither parent having coins to hand or at home, David quietly stepped in to help Nicole by providing a £2 coin for Alfie.
