Kim Kardashian says she makes staff wear 'colour co-ordinated' uniforms to match mansion

Kim Kardashian has revealed she tells her staff to wear "colour co-ordinated" uniforms to match the neutral shades of her mansion.

The billionaire, 42, shares the palatial pad with her kids North, nine, Saint, seven Chicago, four, and Psalm, three.

Kim is known for her exacting colour palette in both her home and SKIMS wear and has now admitted to making her employees follow suit.

On Monday's episode of Angie Martinez's IRL podcast, the billionaire revealed all her staff are "colour-co-ordinated".

When asked whether it was intentional, Kim replied: "Absolutely" before adding: "It's not like 'Hey, this is your uniform', it's just colour palettes."

Noting her employees are given a handbook when they rock up at Chez Kim, the star explained the staff can either wear: "greys, heather grey, black, white, navy, cream or khaki.

"I mean we can stick with all neutrals, there's not a lot of colour blocking," she insisted.

According to Kim, the staff welcomed her input when it came to choosing their uniforms.

"My house is so zen, so I asked how everyone felt about it and they all said: 'That would make our life so easy'.

"And once everyone was on board and thought it would be easier for them, I though 'Yeah, let's do this!'", Kim told the podcast host, excitedly.

While her staff are dressed in neutrals 99% of the time, kind Kim then mused she should consider "a free-dress day on their birthdays or something".

Kim used to share her home with ex-husband Kanye West.

The pair divorced earlier this year after a bitter break-up and now the star has spoken out about the challenges of co-parenting.

The mum-of-four broke down in tears as she discussed the situation during the podcast.

Kim and Kanye have joint custody of their kids, but Kim said the arrangement was "really f***ing hard".

“It’s hard, co-parenting, it’s really f***ing hard," the media mogul said with tears in her eyes.

“But I had the best dad and the best memories and that’s all I want for my kids. As long as they can have that, that’s what I would want for them.

"So like if they don’t know things that are being said or what’s happening in the world, like why would I ever bring that energy to them?” she continued.

Kim spoke about protecting her children from their dad's recent controversies, and said she does everything she can to keep her children off social media.

She also insisted she wants her children to see Kanye in the best light possible because she had 'the best memories' with her own father - Robert Kardashian- growing up before he sadly passed away .
