Kim Kardashian's latest reveal hasn't gone down particularly well with fans after she showed a pianist waking her kids up in the morning.
The reality TV star, 42, took to Instagram on Thursday to show how she intends to wake her four children up every morning in the run-up to Christmas.
Posting to her Story, the SKIMS founder shared a short clip of Grammy-winning pianist Philip Cornish acting as an alarm clock for North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
The musician is seen sitting an all-white piano playing a festive tune next to a stunning Christmas tree as the youngsters make noise in the background.
Kim captioned her upload: "It’s that time of year. @Philthekeys comes over every morning to wake my kids up by playing the piano while the mad morning rush is happening to calm their little souls and fill it with beautiful Christmas songs."
In another short video, Kim showed her youngest son curled up under a blanket on the settee while he took in the tunes.
However, what the star thought was a sweet idea has received backlash online by some fans who have branded it unnecessary. One user on Twitter wrote: "Well isn’t that nice Kim Kardashian pays someone to play the piano to wake her children up in the morning. What’s wrong with just saying get the hell out of bed?!"
Taking to Instagram, another joked: "I guess rich people don’t use spotify."
A third took aim at Kim's latest divorce settlement, saying: "And this is why she needs that 200k/month child support," alongside a crying with laughter emoji.
It comes after it was revealed Kim and ex-hubby Kanye West, 45, had eventually sorted out their divorce settlement. Rapper Kanye - now legally known as Ye - is set to pay his wife of seven years a monthly sum of $200,000 (£167,000), as well as being expected to pay half the amount of the kids' educational expenses, which includes their tuition.
He will also be responsible to pay for half of their security expenses.
It's thought that once the agreement was settled, Ye gifted Kim the $4.5M home he bought next to her $60M mansion following their split last year.
He initially bought the property next door to Kim's sprawling Hollywood Hills mansion and declared "nothing" would get in the way of him seeing his kids. In the divorce settlement, the pair will both get "equal access" to the children.
