Kim Kardashian has admitted she feels "a lot of guilt" for the way Pete Davidson was treated by her ex-husband Kanye West during their nine-month relationship.
The SKIMS founder started dating Pete at the beginning of 2022, having filed for divorce from Kanye the previous year.
While things seemed to be going great for the new couple, Pete quickly became the victim of many abusive and rage-fuelled rants from the rapper.
In one fiery rant shared on Instagram, Kanye described Pete as a "d***head" and blasted his long-time pal Kid Cudi over his friendship with Pete.
Kanye, legally known as Ye, took things even further with his his Eazy music video, which appears to depict himself burying Pete alive.
Speaking to Scott Disick in episode one of the new series of The Kardashians, Kim opened up about how the conflict made her feel.
"There was a lot of guilt. He went through a lot because of my relationship," she admitted.
She also revealed how she feels about dating now that she's single.
Rumours have recently been circulating that the reality star has been dating NFL star Tom Brady, amid reports the pair have become "friendly".
However, speaking in a confessional on her new show, Kim said: "Okay, okay, I'm single. I'm single and I'm not ready to mingle and that's okay."
Kim and Pete parted ways in August 2022 after nine months of dating, with some sources suggesting they had struggled to make their relationship work due to their hectic work schedules.
In the new episode of the Kardashians, Scott asks Kim: "So how are you feeling, the first breakup since being married?"
Kim admitted: "Breakups are just like, not my thing."
However, she said she was "proud" of the mature way in which they decided to call time on their romance.
"I'm proud of myself. I mean we just had talks and talks, like we had been talking about it. So it was just like both of us communicating really well about it.
"It's obviously sad," she said.
Scott agreed, saying: "Well, no this is huge. This is also the first person you dated after you were married for a long time."
The Kardashians returns for its third season today and episodes will be released weekly through Hulu in the US and they will be available on DisneyPlus in the UK.
