Kim Kardashian has reportedly snapped up supermodel Cindy Crawford's Malibu mansion for a cool $70 million (£61.2m).
The oceanfront home used to be owned by the iconic 90s model and her husband Rande Gerber.
According to The Dirt, the off-market deal between the two superstars closed last week.
The publication is calling it the biggest Malibu property deal of the year and the fourth highest in the whole state of California in 2022.
Kim's reported new home has four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms inside a space of over 7,000 square feet.
She will now be around 14 miles away from the Brutalist mansion her ex-husband Kanye West purchased.
Mirror have contacted Kim 's reps for comment.
Last year, it was reported Kanye - with who Kim shares four children - bought a bachelor pad in Malibu.
The US rapper splashed out on the beachfront home designed by one of his favourite architects.
The ‘minimalist’ pad is one of award-winning Japanese architect Tadao Ando’s only American creations.
It is thought the star agreed on an off-market deal for the three-storey property.
But despite its hefty price tag, the house only has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
There isn’t even a garden or any proper outside space, apart from the roof terrace at the top of the house which you get to from the master bedroom.

The rest of the 3,665 square foot pad is made up of three guest suites on the bottom floor and a kitchen and living room on the middle floor.
Meanwhile, the Love Lockdown rapper recently admitted his ex-wife looked after the kids 80 percent of the time.
Kim and Kanye were together for seven years before they parted ways last year.
Ye responded to the criticism he received when he went on yet another Instagram rant regarding his children and his ex-wife.
Speaking on the Alo Mind podcast, he said: " You get to that point everyone wants to say 'Oh, it's mental health' and everybody wants you to apologize a million times.
"Everybody wants to have everyone so doped out, so controlled out, that you're not allowed to even stand up for the things that you're handing to your family."
