The reality TV star's stylish photoshoot comes as estranged husband Kanye West, 44, stepped out with a new lookalike girlfriend earlier this week.
In the snaps shared with her 288million followers on Saturday, Kim flashed a black Prada bra and her toned midriff via the deliberately undone ensemble.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star wore her hair in a tight bun, as she posed outdoors in the northern Italian city at sunset.
Kim completed her high-fashion look with a pair of dark black shades and matching gloves.
"Prada Bae," the trainee lawyer captioned the post to her fans online - a a reference to her designer clothes and a new song of the same name by Young T and Bugsey.
Fans were split when it came to offering some feedback on the star's latest look.
"Holy sh*T Kimberly, these photos are amazing," one gushing fan declared underneath the snaps, as another commented: "Incomparable."
A third added: "Love the custom."
Not everyone was so complimentary, with one Instagram writing quipping: "Kim, no. This isn’t it."
"This looks like a bunch of melted Carmel sauce," another joked, while someone else bluntly stated: "I don’t love it."
