Vladimir Putin’s increasing isolation on the world stage was laid bare on Wednesday by his meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, Downing Street said.
The Russian president and the supremo of the pariah state met at a cosmodrome in Russia’s Far East for talks that the West fears could lead to an arms deal, to help power Putin’s war in Ukraine.
