Khloe Kardashian has once again been accused of going under the knife to change her figure, as fans are convinced they now have proof.
The 38-year-old has openly admitted to having a nose job, but her social media followers think she's gone one step further and undergone a tummy tuck procedure.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Khloe's sister Kim Kardashian uploaded a series of saucy snaps of the two of them.
The duo wore matching crop tops to flaunt their toned abs and floor length skirts which both featured a daring thigh high split.
Kim wore her long dark hair in a loose wave, while Khloe opted for an elegant updo.
While many fans had nothing but praise for the racy pictures, some took the opportunity to accuse Khloe of undergoing plastic surgery.
One person wrote: "Koko definitely had a tummy tuck. She has the belly button scar from it," while another agreed: "It's a tummy tuck belly button. I have one. That's a scar all the way around, lipo alone would not cause that."
"With tummy tucks lucky you," a third fan commented.
Someone else gushed: "Tummy tuck dem look good!"
Ignoring the speculation, sister Kylie Jenner rushed to comment on Kim's post, writing: "Cutest." Paris Hilton added: "Hotties," with two fire emojis.
Just last month, Khloe was accused of using surgery to change her face and decided to speak out against the negative comments.
"I openly talk about my nose job and anyone who 'looks up' to me must know I’ve lost over 60 pounds over the years," she wrote on Instagram.
"So recently the only change is the bangs. I didn’t know I had to do a running list."
Khloe added: "Either way, attacking someone is sad in my opinion. Unprovoked is the saddest part.
"If you are offended or don’t like what you see, you simply don’t have to say anything. I hope you have a great first week of the new year. Thanks for making mine so jolly."
Fans have speculated over Khloe's changing looks for years, with many accusing the reality star of having a nose job, Botox and filler.
Addressing the rumours last year, Khloe admitted to having a nose job and thanked the surgeon who performed the procedure.
The surgeon shared a picture of Khloe on Instagram, which she then re-posted with the caption: "Thank you for my perfect nose!"
