Police have warned the public not to approach a convicted killer on the run from prison.
Shane Farrington, was last seen at HMP Thorn Cross, in Appleton, Warrington at 6.45pm on Thursday, March 24. Officers confirmed this morning that the 39-year-old is still a wanted man and Cheshire police are hunting for him.
Police are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to get in touch with police or call 999. Officers have said not to approach the criminal who was found guilty of manslaughter in 2009 after attacking and killing a prisoner in his cell at HMP Peterborough on September 11, 2008.
