A killer driver went to a party and a McDonalds drive-thru just hours before he mowed down a teenager in a hit and run.
Connor Matthews, 23, knew he had hit his 18-year-old victim, Marcus Simmons-Allen, but carried on driving regardless, even as his windscreen was so badly damaged he could barely see through it.
Matthews, who went to a party before getting behind the wheel, was only arrested five days later in Liverpool, MEN reports.
