Kieran Trippier has vowed to offer 'any help' he can to support his Newcastle United team-mates from the sidelines after injuring his foot.
Trippier suffered a fracture to the fifth metatarsal bone in his left foot not long after scoring in the Magpies' 1-0 win against Aston Villa at St James' Park on Sunday.
Although Trippier is expected to play again this season, it is a huge blow for Newcastle, who have been a side transformed since the England international joined the club from Atletico Madrid last month.

As well as giving Newcastle a new dimension on the field, which has been highlighted by his set-piece delivery, Trippier has brought so much to the dressing room as an influential leader who has helped to raise standards even further.
Trippier, naturally, would rather be on the field than rehabbing in the gym in the coming weeks, but there is still a precedent for injured players supporting those around them.
Indeed, Trippier's idol, David Beckham, even travelled with the England squad to the 2010 World Cup despite suffering an Achilles injury.
That tournament ended in disappointing fashion for the Three Lions, of course, but Trippier's continued presence around the training ground will certainly be welcomed in the coming weeks as he looks to get back to action as soon as possible.
"It's really frustrating to have picked up the injury in yesterday’s [Sunday's] win," he said in an Instagram post. "We've built some momentum and long may that continue.
"Injuries are a part of football and I will remain positive, work as hard as I can on my rehab to be back fit as quickly as possible playing in front of you fans.
"For the coming weeks, I will offer any help that I can and be supporting our great club in every way possible.
"Thank you all for your very kind messages of support!"
Among those who commented on the post was fellow new arrival Bruno Guimaraes, who wished Trippier a 'good recovery', while Joelinton said 'we are with you'.
