Kieran McGeeney will remain in charge of the Armagh senior footballers for the 2023 campaign after being handed a one-year extension by the county board.
Having been appointed ahead of the 2015 after serving one year as Paul Grimley’s assistant, the former All-Ireland winning captain will manage his native county for a ninth successive year.
That makes ‘Geezer’ the second-longest serving manager on the inter-county circuit behind Clare boss Colm Collins.
