Kieran Dowell has detailed Todd Cantwell's role in his Rangers transfer as he admitted his new Ibrox team-mated 'raved' about the club.
Michael Beale swooped to snap up the Norwich City midfielder as his first summer capture on a pre-contract and he has since been joined by five further new faces as the Light Blues get down to hard work in Germany as part of their pre-season camp. The new signings are all looking to bond on and off the park as quickly as possible with the Ibrox boss hailed for his fast work to date in the transfer market by pundit and ex-defender Alan Hutton.
A big reason behind making the move north of the border for the playmaker is the 'intensity' in the game. Dowell was in attendance for the final home game of the season against Hearts and while it as a dead-rubber contest he labelled the atmosphere 'unbelievable' and can't wait to get the new campaign up and running officially.
