Kieran Culkin is set to lead a new revival of David Mamet’s Glengarry Glen Ross on Broadway.

The actor, who picked up an Emmy and Golden Globe for his role in Succession, will be joined by Better Call Saul’s Bob Odenkirk and comedian Bill Burr.

The production will be directed by the British playwright Patrick Marber, who won a Tony last year for directing Tom Stoppard’s Leopoldstadt on Broadway.

“In 1983, I saw the original production of Glengarry Glen Ross in London,” Patrick Marber said. “I was just 19. The play blew my young soul away. It was one of the reasons I wanted to work in theatre. Forty years later, I am so thrilled to be directing it on Broadway with these incredible actors. I will do my utmost to ensure that this great American play brings audiences the same great pleasures it brought to me.”

The story follows a group of salesmen as they compete against each other in a Chicago real estate office. The original production won the Pulitzer prize for drama in 1984 and was turned into an acclaimed movie in 1992 starring Al Pacino and Jack Lemmon.

A 2005 revival on Broadway starring Liev Schreiber and Alan Alda won the Tony for best revival of a play.

Culkin was most recently on Broadway in 2014’s This is Our Youth. Earlier this year, he appeared in Jesse Eisenberg’s comedy A Real Pain, which premiered at the Sundance film festival and will be released later this year.

It will mark the Broadway debuts for both Odenkirk and Burr.

The news follows a number of major Broadway announcements including the upcoming debuts of George Clooney, Robert Downey Jr and Keanu Reeves.

The show is set to premiere in 2025.
